STAYING RELAXED
Throughout your session, ease your muscles as well as your thinker. Take in air as you normally would and try not to squeeze your muscles. Your RMT will question you to ensure none of the methods are causing you pain.

AFTER YOUR SESSION
When your session is complete, your attendant will wait outside the door so you may re-dress in privacy. When you are all set, your specialist will bring you back to the front and give you water to begin the re-hydration process.

IT UP
To indicate to your therapist just how much you enjoyed their service(s), you might leave a tip. Info on the recommended gratuity-range for your particular service is obtainable at the front desk. We hope to see you soon for your first appointment.

MEETING & GREETING
Once you arrive at Koffee Day Spa, you will fill out a quick intake form that records all your relevant medical history, previous injuries or any other physical conditions we need to consider during your session. We commend arriving no less than 15 minutes ahead of your appointment in order to complete these necessary forms.

BEFORE WE BEGIN
Your therapist will also review your forms and answers directly with you, then talk over the motives for your appointment and all the areas of concern you wish to address throughout your massage session. Your massage session time also consists of 10 minutes for these consultations and getting dressing.

GETTING PREPARED
Your massage treatment is provided in a calming room. Your licensed massage therapist will exit the room allowing you to get undressed to a level of your comfort and so you can lay down on the massage-table underneath the top sheet. During your treatment, your attendant will only un-drape the areas being operated on.

DURING YOUR MASSAGE
In your massage session it is all about you! Two-way-communication is imperative to getting the most relaxing and productive treatment in attaining your wellness targets. Either you may receive a personalized full-body massage for your personal relaxation or restorative needs, or just a treatment concentrating on particular areas of your body.

Cancellation Policy:
