WE DO NOT ACCEPT WALK-INS! Please call to schedule an appointment. If leaving a voicemail, please state clearly and slowly your full name, phone number, and nature of your call. Inquiries will be answered within 48 hours. NOTE: We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Please call the spa PRIOR to purchasing a Groupon if you have a time sensitive date or time in mind. Purchasing a Groupon does not guarantee any particular date or time. Call ahead.

Groupon is not intended for group services unless otherwise stated on your coupon. Do you have a group? We can accommodate you! Please visit Private Parties for more details on these services and/or call the spa for more information.

Only one visit/service per Groupon. We do not allow the use of multiple Groupons or specials in a single visit. Koffee Day Spa has the right to refuse service if you have been to us for the same type of service prior. If you love our services, ask us about our monthly MEMBERSHIP.

Gratuity is accepted by CASH ONLY. Please note: Tips should reflect actual cost of service(s) rendered, not the Groupon rate paid.

The spa is undergoing a face lift. Please pardon our dust! Due to this, operating hours may be adjusted. Currently, we are not accepting any 5pm or 6pm appointments until after March 2020. We appreciate your patience as we GLOW-UP!

No Children Allowed! No exceptions! If you are having child care issues, please reschedule with proper notice or transfer appointment to another individual.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 48 hour cancellation/reschedule required. In the event you can no longer accommodate your scheduled appointment, you can have someone else come in your place (same date/time). No shows and late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your Groupon. No Exceptions.
